General Ideas

  • Go explore one of the 37 CT wineries with a Wine Passports! Sample wines from 35 wineries and get entered to win a trip to Spain and more!! Double down and grab the Coastal Wine Passport too!
  • Hit the High Flyer Zipline at Foxwoods and rip it at over 60 mph 350 feet up! Tix are $59.  Afterwards crush some 9HP gas powered go karts at the Monza World Class Karting (Tix are $30), then go crush a hike on Lantern Hill next to Foxwoods!
  • Check out some Tanks on a rainy day the American Heritage Museum in Hudson, MA! Tanks are one of the top 3 vehicles used to crush things! Museum is open Fri to Sun 10a to 5p. Admission is $20.
  • Check out the real bodies exhibit at the CT Science center in Hartford, it’s only there until June 30th.
  • Check out the outdoor adventure course at Fields of Fire in Mystic. Sessions are 3 hrs and start @ $59 for adults. Night Climbing starts in May. If you get 10 or more people you can get the group rate of $44/person.  Alternatively tear it up at Storrs Adventure Park in Storrs, CT to crush some outdoor adventure parks and playgrounds, day or night! Rates are $59/pp. Tight rope walk 100ft over a pond and more @  Nomads adventure course in Windsor, CT, which opens in June! If it’s raining and you’re still jonesing for some ropes course check out Jordan’s Furniture Indoor Ropes Course in New Haven for $25/person!
  • Try your hand at Axe throwing! Hartford, Wallingford, and Newington
  • Try an escape room in Foxwoods (Spellbound) or Mystified near Olde Mystic Village!
  • Go high speed indoor electric karting at Supercharged or at Foxwoods! The karts are tear up the track! Both run ~$30 range for a first time race.
  • Get two free rounds of bowling plus $5 shoe rental @ Foxwoods High Roller, then grab a drink at Stony Creek Brewery!
  • Try out sporting Clay’s at Peace Dale Shooting Reserve in Peace Dale, RI or Addieville in Mapleville, RI. Both places run $47 for 100 Clays + ammo. Both rent shotguns for $20 for the day! It’s best to check their websites and call to make sure they dont have a league or event running that day. You’ll have a blast!!
  • Crush some mini golf at Copper Creek (next to the dinosaur museum, then grab a massive sandwich at Salem Prime Cuts then head over to Fox Farm Brewery (I recommend bringing a blanket or chairs, it fills up fast!), and finish up with a short hike on the Salem Multipurpose Trail a few minutes up the road!!

  • Open Mic Night  @ Strange Brew Pub in Norwich from 8:30p to 11p. No cover.
  • Live Music @ DPI in Mystic after 9p in the basement bar.
  • Open mic @ Perks & Corks in Westerly, RI from 8:30p to 11:30p.
  • Blue Moon and BOGO Apps @ High Rollers Bowling Lanes in Foxwoods. First 2 games are free from 5-7pm with $5 shoe rental.
